Claudius Sanchez Czyzewska, PE, CFM, ENV SP


Mr. Sanchez’s career consists of over 9 years of civil engineering and project management experience. He received his BS and MS in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University. His experience is comprised of a variety of disciplines including transportation, water resources, geotechnical, land development and utility projects for various cities, counties, villages and private clients throughout Southeast New Mexico, West Texas and Southern Colorado. Claudius’ projects include H&H studies, geometric design for highways and streets and pavement design. He also has experience with water and sewer systems, grading and drainage design of land development projects.

Erica M. Hart, PG

Project Manager

Ms. Hart’s career consists of over 15 years of engineering geology and project management. She received her BS in Geology from Eastern New Mexico University. Upon graduation Erica immersed herself in the civil consulting world. Her experience encompasses a variety of disciplines including project management for geotechnical investigations, construction materials testing, quality assurance, construction oversight and soils and pavement recommendations for various cities, counties, villages and private clients throughout Southeast New Mexico and West Texas. In addition to working as a Senior Project Manager, she has also served as an interim Construction Materials Laboratory Manager, a Quality Assurance Manager and Radiation Safety Officer. Erica’s experience has afforded her the opportunity to work at industrial sites, new developments, schools, churches, hospitals, roadways, underground mines, towers, retail buildings, and wind and solar sites.
